Tree House

The project, currently in the construction phase, involves the construction of a new residential building comprising 15 apartments spread over five above-ground floors and part of the sixth, each featuring private gardens, terraces, and an underground garage, with a total commercial area of 1,700 square meters. The complex, designed by Studio AESSEI, will be built on a privately owned green space on the edge of Monza’s historic center.
