The project involves the construction of a new residential building comprising 15 flats spread over five storeys above ground and part of the sixth, with private gardens, terraces and an underground car park, and a total commercial area of 1,700 square metres. The complex, designed by Studio AESSEI, is currently under construction on a green space owned by the developer on the outskirts of Monza’s historic centre. Work is scheduled to be completed in December 2027.
