The 1,100 sqm area was remediated and converted for residential use, obtaining certification from the relevant authorities and municipal approval for the construction project of a single-family villa with a swimming pool.
Project for an Agri-Tourism Center comprising a Country Resort, an agricultural hub, a restaurant area, sports facilities, and the development of a Tourist-Residential Complex with 9,000 sqm of gross floor area, located on the first hills of the Oltrepò Pavese region.
Design and execution of the upgrade of the inter-farm access road connecting the plots.
