In Italy, the sale to Enel of the energy division—which had made the Group a major player since the 1970s—marked a strategic shift that allowed the Group to focus entirely on the real estate sector.
We have developed and managed a large real estate portfolio, redeveloping urban areas and implementing innovative projects in strategic cities.
Construction of a residential complex of approximately 4,500 sqm of gross floor area (GFA), consisting of a three-story above-ground building used as offices and an underground floor used as a warehouse and workshop, with provisions for future conversion into apartments.

Industrial area previously occupied by a disused gasometer. In collaboration with the Municipality, the gasometer was dismantled and some significant portions were relocated to a municipal area as a historical testimony to the structure and its role in the city.
The 1,100 sqm area was remediated and converted for residential use, obtaining certification from the relevant authorities and municipal approval for the construction project of a single-family villa with a swimming pool.

Redevelopment plan for the industrial area in Via Risorgimento, covering 5,400 sqm. The project includes environmental remediation and the construction of a residential and commercial real estate complex with approximately 4,400 sqm of gross floor area.
Redevelopment plan for the Corso Europa real estate complex, consisting of the AID20 industrial area of approximately 64,000 sqm (to be cleared of the existing industrial plant) and the AL8 uncultivated area of about 17,000 sqm. The project involves the construction of a residential and commercial real estate complex of approximately 25,000 sqm of gross floor area.
